Experience designing organization charts and processes to provide 99% inventory accuracy for companies holding over $200M of material in multiple locations in the US and abroad. This included utilizing and working with developers to enhance a custom Oracle based inventory management system.
Manufacturing Facility Process Improvement
Costing and Optimization
Created a costing process to identify time and burden rates for manufacturing jobs. Utilized the Epicor ERP system and updated processes to meet system capabilities.
Project Management
Start to Finish
Took international supply chain projects from bidding stage through facility build out and full implementation. Managed team output and stakeholder expectations. Implemented new inventory, forecasting, and CRM tools. Worked in multiple countries and lived in Europe for two years managing SCM business in the region.
